Position Summary:
The Senior Project Manager's role is the overall responsibility for the successful planning, execution, monitoring, control and closure of a project. Through contacts with users, architects, engineers, and code officials, the employee will be involved with all phases of design and construction management including user programming, design, construction, close-out/evaluation, and budget reporting.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree in Related Field
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
Must have understanding of accepted construction practices and building codes including familiarity to the IDPH guidelines and other various regulatory guidelines. Ability to interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications of mechanical and electrical systems. Excellent organization, verbal, and written communication skills. Ability to sketch proposed designs. Personal computer skills including spreadsheet and word processing experience. Understanding of basic accounting principles. Understanding and ability to create project schedules. Ability to function independently. Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks.
