Position Summary:
Handles a wide range of administrative and executive level support to the GME Director and GME Medical Director/DIO. Manages multiple calendars, prioritizes and manages projects simultaneously, and follows through on requests in a timely manner. Arranges travel and reservations for staff, management, residents and residency directors as needed. Manages reimbursement for purchases made by the department, staff, management, residents and residency directors.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree in Related Field or Experience in Lieu of Education - Additional five (5) years high level administrative experience is valid substitution for Bachelors Degree.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Five (5) years Related Field. Experience assisting management with complex reports and presentations, including expense and budgetary spreadsheets.
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
Must have excellent calendar management skills, including the coordination of complex management meetings Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook Must have the ability to interact with staff (at all levels) in a fast paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality is crucial to this role. Expert level written and verbal communication skills, strong decision making ability and attention to detail are equally important Exceptional math/accounting skills with the ability to use various spreadsheets and formulas are critical to this position. Certified Administrative Professional Assistant preferred.
