Position Summary:
Supervises a team of Identity and Access Management Specialists through all phases of network account provisioning, de-provisioning, as well as creation and management of access profiles in the role-based access system. Assists the Manager of Information Security in assigning workload to the Identity and Access Management team, monitors progress, reports progress to department leadership, conducts performance reviews, and serves as a resource for team members. The Identity and Access Management Supervisor has responsibility for ensuring adequate staff coverage when team members are absent and will fill in as needed to ensure timely completion of the request queue.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Associate's Degree in Information Security, Information Technology, or Related Field or Experience in Lieu of Education -
CERTIFICATION & LICENSURE REQUIREMENTS
Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM) within 1 year.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Three (3) years of experience in an Information Security, Information Technology or Identity and Access Management role, with minimum education requirement of an associate degree. OrMinimum five (5) years� experience in related field without education.Prior experience in a Team Leader or Supervisor role is preferred.
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
Extensive experience with account provisioning for networks and applications. Knowledge of industry best practices and frameworks for user account security and role-based access controls. Able to help the Identity and Access Management team move in new directions technically, as directed by Information Security management. Ability to supervise, mentor, and coach staff members. Ability to interact and communicate effectively in collaboration with cross functional teams throughout the enterprise.
