Position Summary:
The Lab Services Director is responsible for the performance (both clinical and financial) and administrative activities related
to lab services throughout the Carle Central Region. These activities include, but are not limited to, strategic business
planning, budgetary and financial oversight, human resource management, operations management, quality oversight,
process/performance improvement activities, accreditation and regulatory compliance oversight, evidence-based system
practice standardization, and utilization activities.
Qualifications:
Education: Associated degree required; Bachelors preferred
Certifications: Medical Laboratory Technician (ASCP) Upon Hire Or Medical Technologist (ASCP) Upon Hire Or Medical Technologist (HCPC)
